A leading retail store required the collection and analysis of operational data from over 200 stores across 9 regions. After demonstrating a proof of concept that offered the company the opportunity to get better data, much quicker and at half the cost of the previous solution the application was commissioned. After three development sprints a robust application is in use that provides all the functionality required. It is expected that additional sprints may be done in the future to extend the capabilities further. The anticipated cost savings have been achieved by the company.
