Project Details
The project involved leading the transition from the companies existing systems to the system of choice (EFACS) for the parent group following a buyout of the client company.
The main activity centred on managing the installation of new servers, ERP system and migrating the existing business data. The training of staff for the new systems was also imperative to ensure that the switch-over went smoothly.
Outcomes
- The new systems were implemented on time
