  • 25 years in a Project Manager role with strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Delivered over 10 full life cycle ERP implementations as Project Manager and been involved in numerous other projects in other roles
  • Detailed Experience within Manufacturing companies and Manufacturing ERP systems
  • Have incorporated entire end-to-end customer processes including:
    •    Campaign to Customer Care including significant campaign success measurement facilities that identified marketing effectiveness of specific campaigns;
    •   Order to Cash Collection;
    •   Product description and pricing interfaces from industry standard data stores;
    •    Accounting including interfaces to Point of Sales systems;
    •   Also I have developed significant forecasting and planning capabilities to improve operational performance.
  • Experience in both front office and back-office systems implementations
  • Experience working with implementation teams
  • Worked as Director in a number of manufacturing and distribution businesses
  • Experience of managing multiple suppliers, to ensure plans are in place and delivered to time
  • Expertise in Prince 2 methodology and a qualified practitioner
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills and experience of working with senior managers and suppliers

Typical duties and responsibilities that I can deliver for you

  • Working as part of your team to define, resource and deliver the project.
  • Make sure that all your business requirements are represented and that key people are involved in the design and implementation process,  with a focus on business process definition and requirements analysis
  • Ownership and tracking of the project plan throughout the lifecycle of project to identify key milestones and dependencies
  • Matrix management of teams to deliver the common goals of the Project.
  • Establish and track Project resource requirements and set-up team.
  • Implementing appropriate Project governance structure.
